Selling our longtime home at 36 Toner Road in Boonton wasn't a decision we took lightly, and we're so glad we had Glen Baker and the MorrisAgent team at RE/MAX in our corner. From listing day all the way to closing, Glen stayed on top of every moving piece and made sure we always knew what was happening next.
What really stood out was how he handled the inspection. The buyers came back with a list — the pool pump, the water heater, plumbing, etc — and instead of letting any of it derail the sale, Glen calmly worked through each item with us and our attorney. He lined up a plumber to take care of the repairs, he even took car of sheetrock restoration and color match painting, and kept everything documented so nothing slipped through the cracks. When a few moments felt overwhelming, he made them simple.
If you're thinking about selling a home in Boonton or anywhere in Morris County, we can't recommend Glen and his real estate team highly enough. He's responsive, honest, and genuinely fights for his clients from start to close. Thank you for everything, Glen!

Exceptional Professionalism & Elite Problem-Solving! We hired Glen Baker to handle our home sale in East Rutherford, and he exceeded our expectations at every turn. From day one, his preparation was flawless—delivering a data-driven strategy and a brilliant digital marketing campaign that landed us a phenomenal offer right after our first open house weekend. Where Glen truly separates himself is his execution and relentless problem-solving. When the buyer's home inspection uncovered major issues with the sewer line and electrical system, Glen didn't panic. He took the reins, coordinated all the necessary contractors, and kept the timeline perfectly on track. He even stepped up to personally ensure our contractors were paid immediately when a closing delay threatened our timeline, absorbing all the stress so we didn’t have to. Glen is a master communicator who protects his clients' interests with absolute integrity. If you want a smooth, stress-free real estate experience in New Jersey, call Glen Baker.

New Jersey sellers:
If you’ve been putting off a move because “no one’s buying right now,” this might surprise you. 👀
Behind the scary headlines, real buyers are still out there—getting engaged, having babies, changing jobs, relocating, downsizing. Life isn’t waiting for interest rates.
The data tells the real story:
📈 Pending sales (homes under contract) are beating the last two years
📉 The frenzy is gone—but the serious buyers remain
💡 They’re ready to act when they see real value
What gets results in this market?
• Pricing for today, not 2021
• Making your home shine from the first impression
• Strong, targeted marketing and confident negotiation
The question isn’t “Are there buyers?”
The question is: “Is your home positioned to be the one they choose?”

This may come as a surprise, but first-time buyers are making a bit of a comeback.
Data shows first-time buyers made up 35% of everyone buying a home in May – their highest share of the market since 2020.
That’s up from just 30% a year ago. And if you’re wondering how that’s possible when affordability is so tight right now, it comes down to this: more choices.
With more homes for sale, buyers have more opportunity to find a home that works for their budget.
So, if you’re trying to buy your first place, don't count yourself out too soon. It may feel tough, but DM me and let's see what's possible.
Your peers are doing it, so maybe there’s a way for you to make it happen too.

If your student loans have you wondering whether buying a home is even possible, keep reading.
33% of first-time homebuyers have student loan debt. That's roughly a third. And if they're making it happen, maybe you can too. Here’s why.
Lenders look at your whole financial picture – your income, your credit, your overall debt – not just your loans. So, if your finances are in decent shape, you might be a lot closer to owning than you think.
Don't count yourself out before you even try. Connect with a lender and talk about your options.

These are the good old times.
When foster dogs leave, we’re always a little sad. Tonight was a double whammy as we said, “See you later,” to Robbie, Shelby, and Tyson.
As parents, our job is to raise good humans… and then have the courage to turn them loose on the world. I guess fostering isn’t all that different. You love them like they’re your own, knowing the goal was never to keep them—it was to prepare them for what’s next.
Best of luck on your move to Texas. You guys are going to be missed.
I’m not crying… you’re crying. ❤️

Most people think selling an estate means putting a sign in the yard.
It doesn’t.
Yesterday was one of those days that reminds me what we really do.
This home needed:
• A full house cleanout
• A dumpster
• Furniture removal
• Dryer vent cleaning
• Smoke certification
• Coordination of every contractor involved
The family didn’t have to lift a finger. We handled it all from soup to nuts, and every expense was simply settled at closing.
That’s the difference.
Anyone can list a house. The hard part is solving the hundred problems that happen before it ever hits the market.
And yes… this old man filled the entire dumpster himself. My back is still negotiating with me.
If you’re dealing with an estate, downsizing, or a home that’s been sitting for years, call me first. We’ll take care of everything. No surprises. Ever.

Most agents didn’t get into real estate to spend every month wondering where the next deal is coming from.
They wanted freedom.
Freedom to control their schedule.
Freedom to make more without working every waking hour.
Freedom to build a business that doesn’t fall apart when they take a vacation.
If your business feels like a constant grind, it doesn’t have to stay that way.
We’ve built systems, accountability, and a culture that helps agents create predictable income and a life they’re proud of.
If you’re ready for a different chapter, let’s talk.
