Laid on the grass with a pillow and a towel like a grown adult at recess. 😂
And you know what?
It worked.
Breathing — actual intentional breathing — and I felt more reset than I have in months.
No phone.
No emails.
No fires to put out (literal or otherwise). 🚒
Just oxygen and stillness.
Now I already know what some of you are thinking…
