Most “Investors” Aren’t What You Think

When people hear “investor,” they picture massive corporations with endless cash.

That’s not reality.

Most investors are regular people:

Someone who kept their first home and rented it
A neighbor with 1–2 properties
A seller who couldn’t get their number and decided to lease it instead

That’s who’s getting lumped into the same category as hedge funds.

So yeah… the numbers sound big. But the story behind them? Completely different.

The Big Players? Barely in the Game

They own about 0.4% of the 86 million single-family homes.
