The homes that look move-in ready online before buyers ever step foot inside.

Those homes?
They’re still getting attention. They’re still getting offers. And in many cases, they’re still going under contract in days.

That’s the part people miss.

Buyers today are more selective. They’re comparing everything:

💰 Price
🛠 Condition
📍 Location
🏡 Layout
✨ Updates

And if your house misses the mark in one of those categories, buyers move on instantly. No surprises, ever.

According to Zillow, many homes are going pending in under 3 weeks, and some in as little as 7 days depending on the market and strategy. That means opportunity still exists for sellers who understand today’s game.

The problem is too many sellers are still mentally stuck in 2021.
That market is gone.

You can’t overprice a house, throw 14 blurry iPhone photos online, ignore prep work, and expect buyers to fight each other for it. That’s not strategy. That’s delusion.
